When your film has been launched, the next step is work out how well it's performing, how well it's serving your strategic aims. Analysis of what’s working, and, just as important, what needs to be changed, is crucial.

We can set up the measurement of key metrics such as views, watch time and engagement, alongside wider analytics tools such as YouTube Analytics and Google Analystics to draw wider conclusions.

We can also use A/B testing to experiment with different video formats, titles, descriptions and promotion strategies to optimise results.
