Tech white label
Alto Marketing
Why white label works for specialist video.
At Beeston Media, as well as supplying directly to our own clients, we enjoy working with other comms and marketing agencies on a 'white label' basis to support specialist video production for their own customers.
In the white label model, agencies benefit by being able to offer their clients access to deep technical expertise without the requirement to build a dedicated in-house video production team. We, in turn, benefit from the agency having already established the client relationship, allowing us to focus efficiently on the technical execution of the video project.
However, a collaborative approach introduces complexities, particularly concerning client briefing and the review process. To make these partnerships successful and ensure smooth project delivery, we rely on clear, agreed-upon processes. This means setting expectations early through tight briefing, establishing clear milestones, and defining the scope of creative revisions upfront to prevent unnecessary delays.
A recent example of this collaboration was a project with Alto Marketing, a specialist life science and healthcare communications agency. They needed our technical video skills to produce a case study for their client Evident (formerly Olympus). The film successfully showcased Evident’s industrial imaging equipment in use by training company Lavender International. The production, a mix of interviews, on-site actuality, and general footage - video and stills - was delivered efficiently and effectively.
Ultimately, this partnership approach allows us to deploy our specialist skills where they are needed most, helping the wider communications sector meet the increasing demand for high-quality, complex science and technology video content.
