New facility launch

SoFSI

Films based around new buildings sit well with our production experience and specialist sector of property and design videos.

There are all sorts of ways to approach such projects and just because nothing has been built yet doesn't mean you can't make a great film.

We were commissioned to produce a hero film to showcase the launch event of the multi-million pound UKRIC Soil-Foundation-Structure Interaction Laboratory at University of Bristol.

With building works finishing late, this was a fast turnaround project of c10 days. Just before the main shoot day, the live event was cancelled due to COVID, so we were asked to film an as-live tour of the facility as well (see below).

It's a good example of how our long experience in production makes us very adaptable to changing circumstances.

Further new facility videos

See below for one of a series of films we made to promote University of Bristol's Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, way before construction got underway. It focuses on the architecture and design of the scheme and features interviews with key players, general shots of the site and designers at work. CGIs give a sense of the finished scheme.

Also see below a launch film for the Bristol Digital Futures Institute's new HQ, which is also notable for being the first completed building at TQEC.

We’ve worked with Beeston Media on a range of films over the last few years. From student experiments to research projects and facility launches, their flexible approach and attention to detail is invaluable to us.
